Explanation: Here in Asheville there’s been a man with a flashing light on the dash of his mustang impersonating a police officer so he can pull over women and grope them. Coincidentally, yesterday 31 people graduated from the Asheville Citizens Police Academy which as far as I can tell is a glorified tour and meet’n’greet of the APD. So this cartoon is my rendition of the Asheville Citizens Police Impersonator Academy, which will be written in the bottom space. the speech balloon we’ll say some thing like “Congratulations.”Text version to come tomorrow.
